Do you charge for delivery?
Yes we do. For most small items the delivery charge is only £2.50 (UK Mainland Only contact sales@actuallyart.co.uk for outside the UK). For some larger or high value items the delivery charge may be more. Each piece of artwork has the delivery charge stated in the details.
When happens once I have Placed my Order?
After you have placed your order online you will receive an automatic confirmation email from both PayPal and Actually Art to confirm that the order is being processed. We forward the order to the artist with the delivery details and they send the work direct to you. We aim to deliver all goods within 10 working days, however, as each artist will be sending out work direct there will be the odd occasion that there may be a longer lead time – we will endeavour to let you know if delivery will exceed the above timescale.
We reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.
What if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order has been despatched and has not arrived within the expected timescale, please contact sales@actuallyart.co.uk or fill in the form on our Contact Us page.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Every effort is made to ensure that your purchases are carefully packaged and sealed. However, if you have received a damaged package then please notify us within 48 hours of receipt (please email sales@actuallyart.co.uk) giving a clear description of the damage that has occurred to the goods. (If your package is delivered by a courier please sign the driver’s delivery sheet as ‘damaged’ where possible). We would then arrange collection and issue a refund on inspection of the goods. As most pieces are unique we may not be able to supply a replacement but would look to suggest an alternative.
Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
You have 24 hours to cancel your order once it has been placed & a full refund will be issued.
Can I get a refund if I decide I do not want the product once it has been delivered?
This is down to the discretion of each artist. Please see the individual details for each item. If the artist will accept returns we would arrange collection (this may incur a surcharge of up to £10) and a refund will be issued when the artist is satisfied that the goods are returned undamaged. All delivery charges are non-refundable.
